Emm says: We all have occasional dark under eye circles from lack of sleep, staying up too late, having one too many drinks, etc.
I have the unfortunate genetics of dark under eye circles ALL the time. :/
Tip <3 : Get your sleep! At least 8 hours :) insufficient rest and sleep drives blood to your eyes where your skin is much thinner. This results in the dark, under-eye shadows and circles that are so unattractive.
When sleeping, use a pillow to make sure that you sleep with your head slightly raised above the rest of your body. This helps to keep fluids from collecting in your face, which can lead to bags under your eyes when you wakeup in the morning.
