The more you understand that your jealousy is a separate entity that is eating away at you, the easier it will be for you to quiet it down and move on. If he’s with you, and he says that his female friend is just a friend, TRUST him. If you don’t trust him now, you obviously don’t understand his character. If he’s of good nature, don’t be insecure. Love yourself, and admit your insecurities, and it will all be for the better.
